“I choose me”, is a self empowering saying that reminds you to remember to put yourself first. Sometimes we can get so caught up in pleasing others and doing things for others because it makes us feel good, that we can actually lose touch of what we really want to do or be. Just because we put others first does not mean that others put us first.

Suffering from PTSD since 23 years old, and a dramatic life change, one of the first things Brooke learned about helping her depression was with exercise. All the science said that exercise was one of the BES-T ways to help improve mood, but Brooke was shy and didn’t feel comfortable to walk into a gym when she weighed 120 kilograms. Brooke used to wear the baggiest T-Shirts to feel comfortable and they were often the darker colours, and after time and with consistency her confidence grew, and Brooke achieved many goals with the fierce determination that comes with choosing yourself!
Brooke’s mission is to inspire as many people to really take charge of their lives by putting themselves first make a great life a reality.
