The RF Way is my way of life and has been my go-to in helping me live my best life!

The 5 pillars (or RF’s if you will) that create The RF Way are:

RF1 – Red Faces (daily exercise)

RF 2 – Real Food (transition to better food choices)

RF3 – Respect for Self (the real deal – self love)

RF4 – Respect for Others (be the change you want to see in the world)

RF 5 – Responsibility for My Actions (Own your actions and the consequences of them. No more excuses!)



I’ve reached massive goals and continue learning to be better every day, and I love helping others to do the same!

I didn’t always feel so positive about myself, achieve my goals, or even have control of my emotional eating. When I wasn’t looking after myself, I often made some pretty big mistakes. When I finally had enough of my excuses, I started to make better choices and learned the lessons to change my ways.

In 2016 I decided to challenge myself to get ‘red faced’ every single day as part of my New Year Resolution, and this was the first time I achieved a New Year Resolution that I had made! Since then I started helping friends, family & people that reached out to me to do the same by reaching their goals too!

In 2021 I embarked on 365 red faces again! After completing the full year, it made sense to keep going into 2022 as I am back living my best life… truly because of a daily red face!

Now, my vision is clear & I am living my best life by saying yes when I mean yes, no when I mean no, and I know that I was meant to have all of m past experiences to help me to help others reach their greatest goals too!

I still catch myself at times caring about what someone thinks of me, but every day I am getting better at this.

I knew it wouldn’t be easy, and I also knew it was worth it. I focused on changing my habits because this change is worth it, I’ve continued to make a multitude of mistakes, so with more practice I will continue to become better & that’s a good plan if you ask me!
