I ate a pie today and chips and onion rings haha (hungover much) It was great, so I balanced with a 40 minute run on the tready… woo! No excuses, that’s enough right? Now to catch up on sleep haha! Thanks Kaitlin for inspiring me to try Yoga tonight.
