Felt great running tonight. My legs were really ‘springy’ and they feel really strong. I’ve been doing lots of squats. I started with just 30 a day (with a break) doing the Lorna Jane Squat Challenge, and now can easily do 200 in a day!
I feel like I’m doing squats every opportunity I get. Excuse me while I squat.
My funny face doesnt show my excitement but I really am. Haha
