Went crazy at the gym with cardio (again) and am loving shuttle runs. Forgot to post yesterday as I squeezed my red face in between prior engagements. It was such a great day meeting friends, catching up with family and then straight on to a beautiful wedding when the clouds parted on the first green at the golf club.
