I always find it hard to push myself when I work out alone, and that’s why an investment in a personal trainer to keep accountable was essential for me in the beginning.
Especially if you are, like me, really good at talking yourself out of working out or eating healthy. (I choose to stop being ‘good’ at this).
Today I pushed harder than normal. I know it subconsciously had to do with being bad with food in previous days, but regardless, I smashed it and feel great. Wooo!
