This is definitely a habit now, a non-negotiable… And my motivation is snowballing!

Forty Days and Four Kilos is on track!

Timing is everything. Some days I need a rest so my muscles can recover, so I’ll exercise in the morning, and won’t go again until the following evening 🙂
